Dropbox Sign not letting me send new signature requests or reminders on existing documents sent

Hi All,

Dropbox Sign is not letting me send new signature requests or reminders on existing documents that have already been sent. 

has anyone else had this issue before?

I currently have the dropbox plus plan which I believe comes with unlimited signature requests but please correct me if I am wrong.

Hey @Noel2162, thanks for reaching out to our Community.

Actually, all our Dropbox plans can send up to 3 free signature requests per month. 

This includes the Dropbox Plus plan; could that be why you're having trouble?
