I can't send my files to ArtStation via Dropbox, why?

I want to send my files to the ArtStation platform through Dropbox!
But my Dropbox has a problem.
I checked with another Dropbox and the file is sent, but my Dropbox does not send the files!

I changed my password, cut off my access, logged in and logged out, waited 24 hours and tested several times during the day, but still no file is sent to ArtStation!

24 hours have passed since this problem, but I still can't send a file to the platform and my files are left in Dropbox!

NEED HELP!?

Hi @Monster200000, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you clarify the exact steps you take when sending files to ArtStation? 

 

Are you using the Dropbox site, the ArtStation site or app, or another method?

 

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
