As the title says, I lost my account four years ago when I lost my phone, along with my SIM card for approving two-factor authentication, and I also lost the backup codes to recover the account. Some time ago, I contacted Dropbox support on Twitter if I'm not wrong, but they told me there was nothing to do to recover my account. I still have access to my email account (thanks Google), and after four years, I still receive spam-emails from Dropbox saying that my storage is full. If you want my money, at least give me a way to recover my account. I can provide any information to prove that I am the owner of the account.

Thats odd that you are getting emails, because, after 12 months of inactivity accounts are cleared of all data.
